Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
- 5 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
- 3 years of experience in an problem-solving environment, working with business intelligence, data, or strategy.
- 3 years of experience influencing and managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience delivering in a complex, multi-stakeholder matrixed environment and in collaborating with and influencing leaders across strategy and execution.
- Experience with executive level hiring and partnering with clients to build executive recruiting teams.
- Experience developing and executing on organisational talent strategies.
- Experience in co-creating and delivering results against strategies.

You work closely with the executive management team to develop recruiting strategies. You prioritize team resources and manage performance metrics to achieve hiring targets and optimize client and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Set a strategy and goal for the EMEA Executive Recruiting team and execute to make that goal.
- Be a people leader, develop the team, provide operational support to clients and the Executive Recruiting team.
- Lead and influence team and stakeholders with data and market insights.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative recruitment strategy to attract talent.
- Drive executive search and selection, including developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
