Data Transformation Lead, Retail B2B

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media problem solving, advertising business, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the Google products (e.g., Google Ads, Display & Video 360 (DV360), Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub or Google Cloud) and with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, targeting, etc.) with tag management systems and web analytics.
  • Experience identifying how data infrastructures, promoting AdTech and MarTech solutions, can lead to business value.
  • Familiarity with Big data and data warehouses (e.g., demand-side platforms (DSPs), customer data platforms (CDPs), and data management platforms (DMPs), targeting, etc.) as well as tag management systems and web analytics.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will partner with our retail clients to demonstrate the tangible value of Google media, using cutting-edge data and insights to fuel their profitable growth. You will empower retailers to engage their highest-value customers, optimize their marketing strategies, and ultimately strengthen their retail store presence.

This role will lead the AI and data infrastructure strategy for some of the largest, most dynamic customers in Retail B2B, with a strong emphasis on integrating first party data, data platform consulting, and sales strategy for AI product adoption.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Harness the power of data and insights, drive customer adoption of key AI features and drive data infrastructure transformation to unlock long term growth, from initial understanding of industry specific challenges to full implementation and active usage of Google's advanced products and solutions.
  • Ensure customers maximize the value of our data integration and AI solutions by operationalizing solutions and leveraging advanced features.
  • Be a B2B retail industry expert, building strong relationships and educating stakeholders across Google, partners and clients.
  • Become the go-to resource for durable data integration, reliable measurement and technology knowledge.
