Program Manager, GTM Operations, Global Ads Marketing

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach and ability to advance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to deliver insights from multiple data sources through executive communications and presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain strategy to a broad audience, and to contribute effectively during all phases of development.

About the job

As a Program Manager for United States Ads Marketing, you are responsible for leading audience targeting efforts and measurement for US customer programs and activations (e.g., events, earned/owned media, paid campaigns, etc.). Using data and customer intelligence, you will set the strategy of mapping critical audiences to the most relevant events and execute event nominations and customer registration. In this role, you will have a deep partnership with GBO sellers, customer relationships, and Marketing PMMs that develop the event experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build an annual approach to audience targeting strategy using data, insights and input from multiple teams across Marketing and Global Business Operations.
  • Lead internal sales communications for sellers and executives and set the measurement plan and report on the impact of those events. 
  • Apply the latest event and measurement insights to new plans and innovation.
  • Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams. Clearly communicate analytical and operational results and methods to different stakeholders.
  • Work with operations and development vendors including controlling the quality of data provided by vendors
