Silicon Operation Program Manager, NPI

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with supply Chain or engineering in semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing data analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 5 years of experience in managing and leading system on a chip (SoC) or semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain.
  • Experience with foundry and Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) suppliers and ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) supply chain activities, from initial tape-out to full production ramp, ensuring timely delivery of samples and mass production units.
  • Collaborate with Composite Service Operator (CSO), Engineering, and Pixel teams to manage sample requirements, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs) and work orders to support builds.
  • Manage relationships and schedules with foundry and assembly/test suppliers, monitoring wafer production and executing manufacturing milestones.
  • Partner with the silicon fulfillment team to dispatch, expedite, and track production and resolve potential disruptions.
  • Strengthen relationships with manufacturing partners through regular on-site meetings and supplier visits to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
