Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
- 3 years of experience creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
- 3 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, consumer research or business development teams or companies.
- Experience in data analysis, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, uncovering insights from datasets.
- Ability to think critically about growth drivers and opportunities.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage, coordinate and deliver on multiple project assignments simultaneously in a changing environment.
- Excellent project management, storytelling and presentation skills, including ability to translate data into compelling narratives, sales pitches, and C-level presentations.

As the Strategy and Insights Lead for Spanish-Speaking LATAM, you will serve as a trusted thought leader for your assigned industry, working closely with Sales Leaders to develop Google’s point-of-view for the region. You will shape customer and industry-wide conversations by creating empowering sales pitches at scale. Through storytelling, you will highlight key shifts in the industry, consumer behavior, and market dynamics that drive business growth. Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders to uncover top-priority industry and client opportunities, delivering customized pitches and insight solutions that position Google’s products as essential drivers of business strategy.

- Leverage AI technology to uncover actionable first-party and third-party consumer, industry, and market insights.
- Create forward-thinking, data-driven narratives and sales pitches to support top clients, helping them understand and reach their consumers effectively.
- Empower sales teams to align and position Google’s products with client objectives. Analyze and identify business opportunities to support the development of Go-to-Market (GTM) pitches and collateral.
- Develop an annual thought leadership strategy for your vertical. Partner with Account teams to share narratives that reframe thinking and help better deliver on clients' goals.
- Develop scalable insights solutions as dashboards, insights AI agents and automation.
