Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technology consulting, or similar in the federal government space.
Preferred qualifications:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
- Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and broader enterprise technology transformation space.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Experience collaborating with and building technical solutions in partnership with US Federal Civilian customers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and leverage a cross-functional team and their ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.As a Technical Program Manager, you will draw on your customer-facing skills and technical acumen to operate as both the go-to-market lead as well as the program-level delivery expert. You will interface with our customers alongside Go-to-Market teams in order to craft and deliver a services strategy that aligns Google technology with customer missions. You will partner closely with account teams and other cross-functional teams to support pre-sales efforts and pitch to key customer stakeholders resulting in the timely development and presentation of a viable services strategy.

Responsibilities
- Lead, with the GTM and extended Google teams, the full end-to-end business cycle for complex professional services engagements and value based initiatives (including but not limited to business development, Google differentiators, and presenting to C-level executives).
- Be a change advocate who supports and enables multiple customer stakeholders and leaders through changing needs and identifying critical outcomes in both pre-sales as well as post-sales activities.
- Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution.
- Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
