Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to communicate in English and German
fluently to support client relationship management in this region
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing senior-level executives, managers, and sellers
- Good product knowledge and experience pitching and activating AI Solutions across a sales organization, or understanding of our GCS organization and how to activate sellers on products
- Ability to set own OKRs, prioritize and allocate resources to highest impact initiatives and projects
- Demonstrated thought leadership and structured problem solving, with the ability to work on complex operational and strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills

In this role of Product and Services Activation (PSA), you will drive the commercialization strategy for Google’s ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of our diverse group of advertisers. Our focus is to grow customers by launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team.

Responsibilities
- Activate opportunities on AI Solutions, including PMAX and Broad - on a named account list of GCS customers via co-pitches, pre-pitch support, including coaching and upskilling sellers to pitch AI solutions successfully to the rest of their customers.
- Educate GCS sellers on our AI solutions and benefits to customers through at-scale trainings, workshops, and partnership with sales leadership.
- Support customer events which drive AI solution adoption - in conjunction with partners in sales and marketing.
- Work cross-functionally and regionally (including global PSA, RSO, Marketing, Finance, and gTech) to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption.
- Identify roadblocks in seller workflow, and collaborate with global PSA and partner organizations (e.g. RSO) to solve these challenges and help sellers pitch more effectively.
