Analytical Lead, Global Client and Agency Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis using data sets using tools through full-time roles, internships, or relevant coursework.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

Our GCAS Analytical Leads work with global companies consulting on measurement solutions, business opportunities, and are growth mindset-driven.

As an Analytical Lead, you will help our customers to advance measurement maturity and media effectiveness through outstanding and relevant business analysis, insights, and recommendations via measurement agendas. You will use data and analytics to transform the businesses of some of the largest and most sophisticated companies in the world. You will be leveraging compelling insights within data and using your exceptional business and communication skills to translate those insights into action. You will be a creative problem solver and rely on your deep understanding of client objectives, personal comfort with data, and strong entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of solving some of the most cutting edge challenges facing our customers today, such as measurement attribution across offline and online platforms, deep consumer insights and identifying quantifiable strategies to drive sales using digital media.

Once you have solved these challenges, you are just as passionate about seeing your solutions come to life and consistently act as a change agent within our client, organization, using clear and compelling data points to articulate your recommendations to stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Advance measurement maturity with Google’s global customers.
  • Advise on measurement best practice to improve media effectiveness, including Attribution, Media Mix Modelling, Incrementality testing, Global Learning Agendas and Measurement Frameworks
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust and test the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with influential cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients.
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
