Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in end-to-end (E2E) supply chain management including process and systems transformation.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with all four Nodes of Supply Chain (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver).
- Experience with Data Center Operations.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships to effectively lead strategic initiatives and manage change at scale.
- Ability to craft and deliver executive level presentations.

As a Supply Chain program manager, you will lead strategic, large scale, cross-organizational initiatives to deliver strategic and operational excellence goals to enable Google's explosive growth. Leverage your supply chain expertise, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, establish program structure and governance and create roadmaps to execute supply chain process and systems transformation programs aimed at delivering scalability, and efficiency for Google supply chain.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide direct project leadership, subject matter expertise, and build organizational support to drive strategic supply chain programs.
- Establish program structure and governance, formulate roadmap, meet cadence and communication plan.
- Define business requirements in conjunction with functional owners and SMEs to enhance or develop new supply chain capabilities.
- Structure and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives by developing operational plans, gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop compelling, insightful recommendations.
- Drive speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework loops, reduce and automate manual work, identify and implement best practices, and minimize process variability through standardization and automation.
