Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience in executive-level roles.
- 5 years of experience hiring talent within the APAC region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Client Management and Stakeholder Management, including advising executive leaders (Director/VP level) on strategic talent acquisition.
- Experience in innovative sourcing and pipeline building for high-demand, executive-level technical positions in a corporate or executive search environment.
- Understanding of various market dynamics and talent pools across key countries (e.g., Singapore, China, Japan and Australia).
- Ability as a closer and negotiator with a track record of landing premier technical candidates and managing competitive offers.
- Ability to hold credible conversations with executive researchers or engineers about Cloud technologies, or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).

Your mission in this role is to attract the world's most exceptional Artificial Intelligence (AI) talent by creating a recruiting experience that is as innovative as the technology Google represents. You will leverage AI to handle the process so the team can focus on the people, understand their motivations by providing strategic guidance, and mastering the human element of building teams.
As a Cloud Tech Talent Partner focused on Asia Pacific (APAC), you will be on the front lines, identifying and engaging with executive-level, technical talent, the specialists, architects, and product leaders who will build, deliver, and accelerate the innovative Cloud technologies and services.
You will act as an Expert Relationship Builder and a true market expert, using a Data-Driven Strategist approach to unearth the best technical talent across a variety of functions, including engineering, product management, and technical solutions. You will develop and execute Innovative Sourcing strategies tailored to the unique markets within APAC.

Responsibilities
- Partner with executive Cloud leaders globally on securing high-profile, key technical hires in APAC, move beyond transactional recruiting to provide consultative guidance on talent strategy, market insights, and team composition using data-driven analysis.
- Act as a talent detective, going beyond standard tools to creatively identify and engage, passive technical talent across the APAC region, build strong pipelines for future needs.
- Lead and navigate complex offer processes and compensation packages, ensure Google successfully closes premier technical candidates in a highly competitive market.
- Take full ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle for client groups, drive searches forward with profound personal accountability, exceptional organization, and a keen eye for detail.
- Adopt and experiment with AI-powered recruiting tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and focus your time on the strategic, human-centric elements of recruiting.
