Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing a physical production, operation such as manufacturing, logistics processes, laboratory, etc.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Experience establishing or improving quality systems with industry known best practices.
- Experience working with a distributed workforce at a global scale.

In this role, you will digitize content at scale for YouTube and Google platforms, making offline materials accessible and supporting Machine Learning (ML) innovation.In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's various product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build new and undefined workflows to expand digitization capabilities.
- Oversee end-to-end workflow management, including strategy, goal-setting and execution.
- Identify, prioritize and drive process improvement activities and cost reductions.
- Develop and maintain systems, tools and standard operating procedures for all operations while partnering with operations to manage workforce across scan centers and partner deployments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple workflows, collaborating with internal and external partners.
