Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of how performance marketing works and how data, privacy and platforms are connected to performance.
- Excellent communicator with own goals narrative, Ability working in a challenging field.
- Excellent team player and collaborator across teams and countries.
- Passionate about meeting client's business objectives through advanced performance solutions.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead performance strategy plans and execute the plan.
- Develop and deliver customer pitches for advanced activation strategies, such as lifecycle strategies, profit or lifetime bidding set-ups, advanced pricing strategies, as well as set-ups.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Tech and Cloud to design, develop and activate innovative or customized solutions.
- Be a catalyst of new AI powered product solutions in Sweden to help Sales teams scaling those in the market.
- Develop relationships with both regional and global product teams to roll out products to Sweden. Collect advertiser feedback and influence product team road maps.
