You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
As a Process and Yield Engineer for Custom Silicon, you will join the team responsible for High-Volume Custom Silicon Manufacturing from New Product Introduction (NPI) through product ramp, sustaining, and end of life (EOL). You will be driving yield and process improvement and scrap optimization, manufacturing performance, quality and excursion management and prevention, value engineering, change control management, new production site qualifications for alternate sourcing and business continuity, ensuring High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) capacity readiness, and optimizing cycle time.
