Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing day-to-day tactical decision, technical and design direction.
- Experience on Identity, Access management, Security or privacy.
- Experience in enterprise products, infrastructure or systems.
- Understands the cloud ecosystem, markets, and competition.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders towards product vision, without direct authority.

As a Product Manager with Google Cloud Security, you will be responsible for leading and managing Google Cloud Security products and solutions. By partnering with the cross-functional teams, you will define and deliver a roadmap for the next phase of cloud security offerings and lead through the execution cycle. Additionally, you will develop product solutions, strategy and goals to execute on the market potential and benefits possible from applying Google’s security capabilities to the enterprise market.

Responsibilities
- Set up and try out cloud products, to better understand and arrive at opportunity areas.
- Generate level insights from formative research, market gaps or cutting edge technical insights to arrive at product requirements.
- Be self-driven and understand technologies and customer use cases to arrive at insights for driving customer experience with Google cloud products.
- Be the customer advocate: understand needs, and pain points in the hybrid cloud space to influence technical priorities and business strategy.
- Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the right technology solution and a implementation schedule.
