Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience developing or launching products or technologies leveraging Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a business related field.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in business generation or abuse prevention.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., Marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership along with excellent executive presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all GenAI-powered features at YouTube are safe and fair, by advocating a testing and safety stack which enables high velocity and agile feature development that scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategy that balances safety/risk, and velocity, so that partner teams can deliver on set of user and creator growth goals safely.
- Build a roadmap, write the Product Requirements Document, set the Objectives and Key Results for abuse detection strategy which works out of the box for a high volume of high variety launches.
- Build knowledge of AI-powered feature development at YouTube, including user needs and risk, be the Trust and Safety partner for features and ensure we can bring them to market safely and fast.
- Lead the effort to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product and business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative.
