UX Engineer, Marketing

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
  • Experience in application development in at least one platform/area (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a technical, UX, design environment, or similar.
  • Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and integrating with 3p software, such as content and asset management systems (i.e. BrightSpot, wagtail, etc).
  • Experience working on standardizing and solving common problems in full stack engineering in a growing company.
  • Experience building or integrating with marketing technology software applications.
  • Experience with automated testing suites and experimental frameworks.
  • Knowledge of internationalization (i18n), localization (l10n, Accessibility (a11y) best practices, and strong communication skills.

As a UX Engineer, you'll work on the front end of our products in a challenging, fast-paced environment, helping to bridge UX best practices and production execution. You’ll demonstrate your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user facing technologies to enable efficient, high quality execution and communications and launch innovative features to a global audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reusable and accessible web components and utilities.
  • Implement automated tests and configure/maintain CI systems to run them.
  • Have a voice in the design process and contribute component architecture proposals.
  • Write documentation including demos and best practices.
  • Provide support to users of the code library and gather their feedback.
