Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience delivering digital transformation projects to global organizations.
- 5 years of experience working across cross-functional teams, communicating business strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience leading cloud-based transformation programs.
- Experience leading software development solutions.
- Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and broader enterprise technology transformation space.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities
- Manage project goals and deliverables using a visual timeline to align stakeholder expectations, communicate plans, and coordinate resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify technical issues, prioritize deliverables, and evaluate program impact.
- Execute comprehensive risk assessment activities including budget, schedule, and resource analysis while developing mitigation plans to monitor the evolution of project risks.
- Establish and track standardized processes in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring team accountability and alignment with compliance and privacy policies.
- Identify program sponsors and secure necessary resources while driving process improvements and promoting organizational adoption of new workflows.
