Apps Growth Manager, Google Customer Solutions (English, Vietnamese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve Vietnamese speaking clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the mobile app or digital industry and possess knowledge of the app developer ecosystem.
  • Experience in data analytics, product development, advertising, and marketing.
  • Ability to understand the goals and identify the opportunities, provide customized solutions to help clients achieve success.
  • Ability to take initiatives and grow in a team environment, to work well in a global team.
  • Excellent communication and solution selling skills with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, eager to help small and medium clients to grow.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. As an Apps Growth Manager, you will lead the development of the Vietnam Apps market and be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile game developers grow businesses using Google products and services. You will work across mobile app businesses, both established and start-ups. You will help businesses manage app growth in their business goal markets, from setting strategy and driving execution to reaching international growth goals. You will proactively manage a large portfolio of clients by offering solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, to strategic performance reviews, to business expansion plans. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of mobile app clients at scale, providing data-driven insights, acquiring market share from performers, and helping to evolve their Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies specifically for app growth.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients/founders in the portfolio and partner teams within the app industry.
  • Ensure clients achieve their business objectives through app-focused advertising campaigns on Google Ads. Develop tailored pitches, strategies, and business proposals that enhance client success in the app market.
  • Identify and explore global expansion opportunities that help clients scale their app user base.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the mobile app industry to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
