Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst, Planning, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
  • 8 years of experience designing and implementing supply chain planning solutions and leveraging Kinaxis Rapid Response.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
  • Experience defining and identifying new opportunities to improve domain critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience leading solution architecture and systems integrations.
  • Knowledge of Supply chain planning processes and planning models.
  • Excellent technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecture.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a bias towards action.

The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and then builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. With your technical expertise, you build business applications and influence the design of features that improve the reliability of our applications and systems for TI(Technical Infrastructure) Supply chain. You also define the scope of technical projects and oversee execution.

Planing team Vision is to enable “Right Product at the Right Place and at the Right Time” via catalog and delivering industry standard, minimally customized solutions in the areas of end to end supply chain planning, inventory optimization and spare parts management. Core mission of the team; establish planning capabilities and ecosystem that is Business Unit (BU) agnostic, converge the Planning Platforms for TI BU’s and deliver industry standard capabilities, deliver a unified planning experience for Machines Supply Chain that encompasses Material, Labor and External constraints, enable Integrated Business Planning Processes for Machines supply chain by bringing together demand, supply and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal supply chain business teams and external supply chain partners(Suppliers, CMs and 3PLs) in architecting and leading the supply chain planning solutions(Kinaxis) and drive planning process improvements that scales for Technical Infrastructure Supply chain.
  • Architect solutions leveraging Kinaxis Rapid Response to automate and scale business systems. Provides direction for architecture, design, build, and support activities required for enterprise software platforms and drive for excellence, performance, and security.
  • Define best practices for Kinaxis Rapid Response solution design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
  • Develop, build, and deploy applications using various platforms and technologies tied to Supply chain Planning software. 
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, manage implementation, and drive delivery of projects. Build consensus by facilitating broad collaboration with clear communication and documentation.
