Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in business-to-business marketing including, events, field and pipeline marketing.
- 5 years of experience with people management.
- Experience in managing direct and cross-functional teams to increase company business growth and awareness through well-executed marketing efforts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience planning and executing multiple marketing programs with cross-functional stakeholders, specifically working with field sales leadership and teams.
- Experience exceeding expectations in previous roles, showcasing excellent execution, problem-solving skills, creativity, with the ability to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to attract, retain and grow talent.
- Excellent executive and operational communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.The North America Industry Marketing team empowers industry leaders to digitally transform their business through compelling content and moments that lift mindshare, drive qualified demand and increase account engagement. We work cross-functionally to understand the ideal marketing narrative for each industry and work across our solutions, products, and sales teams to drive our go-to-market strategy. We are responsible for the creation and execution of the North America marketing plan for the Strategic Industries book of business across four industries (Retail, Financial Services, HCLS and TMEG).Know the user. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders across North America solution, partner, regional, executive, brand, and digital marketing teams to develop and execute annual/bi-annual rolling marketing plans aiming new and prospective customers across all business segments across four industries (TMEG, Financial Services, HCLS and Retail).
- Partner strategically with sales, customer engineering and industry solutions leadership, providing data-driven insights on pipeline coverage, delivering regular marketing updates, and advocating for critical business needs.
- Analyze marketing programs and campaign performance, identifying trends, issues, gaps, and opportunities to inform data-driven decision-making and action plans.
- Lead and develop a team of marketers and focus on building a culture of trust and respect.
- Shape the Industry approach across North America through the development and execution of a range of customer acquisition and pipeline generation programs.
