Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- 3 years of experience with website analytics.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with site performance experimentation.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working on a subscription or e-commerce website.
- Experience in key web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely).
- Experience in building experiment designs, measurement plans and distilling learnings.
- Ability to develop and execute strategy, balance priorities and drive projects to completion.
- Ability to influence and effectively collaborate with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and use insights and data to inform strategies, improve results and drive innovative thinking and excellent problem-solving and results-driven orientation.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
The Subscriptions and Customer Growth Marketing organization drives consumer apps and subscription growth. We partner with product engineering and insights to understand the user and bring helpful products to market while deepening the consumer relationship.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Create a site conversion rate optimization program, Identify conversion improvement opportunities based on site analytics, user behavior research, experience and digital best practices. Build a roadmap, socialize it with cross-functional (xfn) stakeholders and execute it to improve site conversion rate.
- Own site analytics from tracking implementation to presenting performance insights to the cross-functional team. Lead development of standardized dashboards and reports for tracking overall site and traffic performance.
- Improve site performance (e.g., load times etc.).
- Partner with key stakeholders such as Product, Go-To-Market (GTM) Marketing, Engineers and User Experience (UX) on developing new site content and technical capabilities of the site.
- Manage and lead a team of Television Commercial (TVCs) to deliver on our responsibilities.
