One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager on the YouTube Feeds Ads team, you will own the strategy and execution for business generation in YouTube's surfaces like Home, Search, and Watch Next. You will have an understanding of user behavior across the feeds. You will analyze how users naturally discover, search for, and consume content to identify new, untapped opportunities for commercial experiences.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new ad solutions and business generation strategies across the YouTube Home, Search, and Watch Next feeds, from initial ideation to global launch.
  • Work across Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Business to set a product goal and define a roadmap that balances user experience, creator business growth, and advertiser needs.
  • Drive a culture of data-motivated experimentation. Construct hypotheses for new ad formats and system improvements, run A/B tests, and analyze results to pursue launch candidates that deliver significant value.
  • Partner with core ads infrastructure teams including retrieval, ranking, auction, and quality to evolve models and systems to serve the unique opportunities on each feed surface.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market, measurement, and overall YouTube consumer product teams to ensure the successful launch, adoption, and performance of your ad solutions.
