Minimum qualifications:
- Associates Degree/Trade School completion or equivalent experience.
- 5 years working experience in semiconductor fab, in a facility/equipment engineering or maintenance engineering role.
- Experience working with wafer fab support equipment, PCW, PVAC, HVAC, RODI, LN2, or Gas distribution equipment.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and problem solve for wafer fab support/facility equipment, maintenance and repair.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
- 10 years of experience working in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience using environmental, electrical, or industrial controls systems.
- Experience in AutoCAD, designing layouts and tooling, and interpreting equipment schematics.

The Raxium Facility and Equipment team maintains a broad range of semiconductor/facility equipment and cleanroom infrastructure. Our expertise lies in understanding the relationship between semiconductor processing and its support equipment, enabling us to troubleshoot problems, execute tasks, and collaborate on installing, modifying, maintaining, and repairing cleanroom and facility support equipment.Responsibilities
- Support tool/equipment installations, modifications, improvements, repairs and maintenance.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs of cleanroom support and facility equipment.
- Own the development of preventative maintenance procedures, schedules and training of critical tools.
- Work closely with process and equipment engineering to improve equipment performance.
- Support and improve on RODI, PVAC, CDA, LN2 systems, PCW, HVAC, Gas distribution systems.
