Video Solutions Strategist, Programmatic

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Experience in DV360 platform account management, which includes campaign strategy, planning, set up optimization and troubleshooting/escalation.
  • Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.
  • Ability to establish a network of relationships within the media and creative agency communities.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. As a Video Solutions Strategist, you will understand customer needs and a passion for demonstrating the impact of digital solutions in achieving their goals. The primary focus will be on expanding our video business through programmatic solutions, collaborating closely with Product and Account teams to translate product advancements into effective client strategies that maximize their success with Google. You will contribute to the development of the commercial strategy, take ownership of key pillars, providing teams with essential business strategies, knowledge, and resources. Direct engagement with major clients and agencies will be necessary to support the team in effectively communicating, inspiring, and building comprehension of Display and Video 360 (DV360) and other innovative Google advertising technologies. This position offers a unique chance to revolutionize how Australian and New Zealand businesses build connections with their target audiences.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive DV360 programmatic solutions, leveraging global products and creating new one-to-many strategies.
  • Influence adoption and enhancement of programmatic media, DV360 and emerging Google innovations.
  • Support account teams by engaging directly with clients and agencies as required to drive DV360 understanding and adoption.
  • Foster meaningful and mutually beneficial partner and industry relationships.
  • Lead programmatic community initiatives.
