Yesterday I paid for subscription (1st time) and downloaded the app to watch a series I could not find elsewhere. This app is nothing but problems however!!! 😒 Every minute or 2 it stops to 'buffer', then speeds up way ahead, and at times the audio and video are not even in sync ☹️ It totally ruins the viewing experience. 👎None ofthis happens with my Netflix app. For a big name like Disney, it's extremely disappointing. I won't be renewing my subscription if it's not fixed before renewal date.

When casting to a screen, I can't even rewind the app without it closing the player and not even rewinding at all. Then sometimes the app decides to skip chapter when I press rewind. Makes no sense. When I rewind in a place where there was an ad, it shows me the ad, as if I hadn't seen it just earlier. They should do like YouTube, where they let you rewind without showing you an ad, because you've already seen it. All in all garbage app that doesn't work when casting.

The app was working fine with no streaming issues, settings retained between sessions etc. With the most recent update, however, I've experienced a serious degradation in usability. 1. Steaming control constantly drops/bugs out in the app 2. Settings for language/subtitles is not retained between streams of movies within a session (e.g. I set subtitles to English, watch a movie, out another on, and I have to set them again.) Disappointing for how much I pay for this each year...
