I just got your email talking about ads even in ad free payment tiers. I hope every boneless product you eat uses the same mindset. The second you make me watch an add, I will discontinue your service. I don't need the trash you're producing bad enough, I've kept it for maybe two shows and the occasional movie. I hate anything related to ESPN, and Hulu is barely better with most of the content overlapping anymore. Keep playing and you'll lose what customers are still paying for disappointment.

I like that disney+ has listened to its audience in implementing new features for a more user-friendly app. Another two great features to have: 1. retain the default audio of the show. When i'm watching anime, i want the audio to be in japanese. When i'm watching a western sitcom, the audio should be in english. I don't want to keep having to switch audio language from show to show. 2. The "next episode" button doesn't work in minimized screen when the screen is locked. Kindly fix this bug.

Used to work perfectly but now when watching several episodes of a show the audio won't match up with the visual so I have to disconnect and reconnect to the casting device to fix. Also it would be much better if the "skip intro" was a small tab on the TV screen (or maybe not on the casting screen at all) instead spreading across the screen while casting (some of us might want to watch the intro) While casting the app will say "continue" but the TV will start from the beginning of an episode
