I love the actors details shown in different scenes. good selection of shows. disappointed with some of the Audio description. very hit and miss which series and even which episodes have AD and it makes it more difficult to commit to a series when the AD is inconsistent and disappears from one season to the next. also had an issue when the ENGLISH AD on an episode of Chicago Fire was accidentally German! but I am just glad there is AD at all and hope they can roll it out across the board.

Prime is Terrible now. The top 10 most watched in the U.S. is currently as a rn, 7 out the 10, only available on other Streaming Apps through Prime, instead of being able to watch them with Prime Video. The video selection is meek, ads.. with all considered, Tubi has better movies and shows for free. Netflix is so much better. Amazon should stop neglecting one of its most widely used assets considering how many homes around the world it could be in.

edit: I've gone through 7 seasons of a show and I hate using this app. In the 7 seasons, the app has loaded an entire previous episode a dozen times after an ad in the middle of the episode. The app often doesn't save my progress within an episode either. ** lagging seems to have been updated** Trying to watch fall out and the video is lagging and shuddering nonstop. On 1gig wifi and a modern phone and I feel like I'm using dial up. Zero ability to report issues from the app.
